Seasons
As we witness a beautiful shift in the UAE climate from summer to winter, we take this perfect opportunity to make utmost use of our outdoors and teach our little ones about seasons.Summer brings with it multiple opportunities to stay outdoors and enjoy the sun, be at the beach, drink cold drinks, eat ice creams, wear beautiful dresses and fancy sun glasses. Winter turns every thing white as snow falls. There is snow on the trees, rooftops, and on the ground. We are dressed from head to toe in layers of clothing. We like to drink hot drinks, eat hot food and stay indoors.It hardly rains in the UAE and when it does, it leaves its residents in sheer happiness and joy. We too introduced rain in our nursery and the kids enjoyed the water shower immensely. In LONDC, we attempted at creating scenes of various seasons in order to give our kids a taste of the the different seasons. It turned out to be a huge hit with the kids and they loved every season and enjoyed the experiences.
