It was a very special day for all at Little Oxford Nursery And Day Care. Hilton, Ras Al Khaimah, organized ‘The Earth Hour Activity’ with a variety of creative and fun – filled activities for the kids. The little children were made aware of the importance of saving our Mother Planet ‘Earth’ and recycle of waste. Children painted a huge canvas with pictures of nature and made pen stands out of used tin cans. They were shown the difference between the various different coloured garbage bins and their uses. Cookies, juices and milk shakes were then distributed among the kids. Kids were later presented with Earth Hour certificates.

It was indeed time well spent.Thankyou, HILTON!

International Women's Day Celebration

Little Oxford Nursery And Day Care organised the International Women's Day on 8th March '12 on the green lawns of Saqr Park, RAK. Around 80 lady guests, from all walks of life participated in the event with great zeal and enthusiasm. Quiz, riddles and one minute games kept the ladies entertained and prizes were given out to the winners. Tug Of War between the Little Oxford staff and the guests was held in which the guests pulled themselves to victory. Refreshments were served. Exciting discount vouchers were distributed among all attendees sponsored by RAK Hospital, VLCC, Nefertiti Fitness & Beauty Salon, Al Hana Beauty Center, Internatioal Radiology Centre, Rose Dental Clinic and Al Farasha Accessories. Al Shahad Beauty Salon came forward with free henna application to all. A lucky draw was held where gift vouchers worth Dhs. 200/- were won. Many ladies came forward to share their experiences with Little Oxford Nursery and their feedback was very positive and encouraging.
Indeed all WOMEN had a great time celebrating their WOMENHOOD.

Visit to Awafi Wildlife Park

The kids of our nursery visited the Awafi Wildlife Park today. They were excited on seeing a variety of animals such as the lion, lioness, deer, wolf, hyena, camel, horse, toroise, crcodile, owl, peacock and more.

They enjoyed and had a great day out with friends.

It was a wonderful field trip. WOW!!
